AVERAGE DAY FOR YOU FROM BREAKFAST TO BED:
7am various BP pills downed with a Berocca (other vitamin energy supplements are available). Get to work deal with problems.  Mid morning, Nutribullet.  Lunch, snack and coffee.  Afternoon deal with more problems.  Keep machines and men going on harvest or ploughing depending on seasons and weather.
 
HOW OFTEN DO YOU TRAIN:
3/4 times a week.
 
HOBBIES:
Vintage machinery, rugby, dining out with my fellow crossfitters, seeing my grandchildren.

ONE FINAL POINT         
I came into CrossFit an unwell man with various ‘middle aged’ health issues.  CrossFit has enabled me to establish and maintain a level of fitness and health that hopefully will keep me alive a bit longer.  My workouts are about sustainability so that hopefully I’ll still be doing this is 5, 10 and 15 years time! I’m proud to be a representative of the Masters CrossFit Community.
