TIP FOR SOMEONE STARTING CROSSFIT...
It is defiantly an eye opener to start with (felt like I was going to DIE after my first WOD) but just stick at it and you will soon see the rewards of all the hard work.

Horrendous!!!

AVERAGE DAY FOR YOU FROM BREAKFAST TO BED:
I get up about 6.30am, have scrambled or poached eggs and green tea. I then go to work …do boring stuff for a while! I eat clean and drink lots of water normally 5 bits of fruit and salad a day. 

I finish work, partake in a CrossFit class or rugby training!  I have my protein shake, go home and chill out and have a healthy dinner normally all my greens, sweet potato and chicken. And then of course I get my beauty sleep.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU TRAIN:
5/6 times a week.

HOBBIES:
Rugby, motocross….and beer!!!

Rage Against the machine - Killing in the name of!

FAVOURITE FOOD:
Steak.

FAVOURITE MUSIC:
Anything EXCEPT pop music. 

BEST THING ABOUT TRAINING AT JM FITNESS AND BEING PART OF CFCV?
That there is a real friendly feel to the box and Jon, Ben and Nina push you to do more than what you think you are capable of, which shows over time in your increased performance in strength and fitness.

1.     100kg snatch

DO YOU TAKE ANY SUPPLEMENTS? IF SO WHAT ARE THEY?
I just have an Increased Performance protein shake after training that I get it from CrossFit Chew Valley…
