As we are getting busier, PLEASE PLEASE ensure you ALL book on for every session. You can book online here... 

We don’t like having to turn people away and this also gives us the opportunity to evaluate if and when we need to put on more classes to accommodate you all.  

Can you therefore also ensure if you can’t make a class that you cancel as soon as possible to give those on the waiting lists the opportunity to take your place. 

NEW CLASSES
Sunday CrossFit classes have now started at 10:30am every Sunday. 
We also have a fortnightly mobility class run by coach Worle but please note these classes will only be run if 4 or more attend.  For those of you who want to learn more about these sessions, please have a word with Ben direct who will happily talk to you in more detail. 

AND FINALLY…
With the new studio completion date imminent, we are looking at putting on a fuller programme with more choice and variety of classes so if you have a class you would like to see on the programme or a time then please email nina@jmfitnesschewvalley.com with your thoughts and ideas and we really will do our absolute best to accommodate your requirements.
