We are slowly introducing some new classes starting as of next week Monday 9th March as follows (more to come if the demand)!

We have three brand new morning CrossFit Classes, Sunday CrossFit and Ben is starting a mobility session on a Thursday night. Ben is a CrossFit Mobility Trainer and the sessions will be aimed at teaching movement and mobility methods of resolving pain, preventing injury, and optimising your athletic performance.

10:30am CrossFit

Thursday
9:30am CrossFit (starting Thursday 19th March)

Thursday (alternating Mobility class / CrossFit class)
7:30-8:15pm Bens Mobility Class
*£5 a session paid directly to Ben

7:30-8:30pm CrossFit

Sunday (starting Sunday 29th March)
2pm CrossFit
