So here we have it, a challenge for us all….to take part in our 24 hour continuous CrossFit-A-Thon to raise lots of money for Red Nose Day!

So, this is how it will work! Starting promptly at 7am on Friday 13th March we will be running a continuous WOD for the entire 24 hours ending 7am on Saturday 14th March, when those left will celebrate with a well-deserved bacon butty ☺

We are looking for a minimum of 2 people every hour but obviously the more the merrier and the more slots you can do…EVEN BETTER!

You will work continuously for the hour…this is no easy task but we will make it fun! We promise!

The theme this year is ‘Make your face funny for money’ so feel free to come dressed up, wear wigs, face paint..anything you can get your hands on!

In the gym we have a sheet up with the hour time slots! PLEASE can you get your name down by the time(s) you can do asap or let myself, Jon or Ben know and we can put your name down! Whilst there are just 4 spaces next to each slot, if the slot(s) you can do has four people already, no problem at all and as we said the more the merrier and just put your name down!

All we ask of you now then is to promote this amazing event, get sponsorship from all your friends and family for your participation and for the team!
