Right, so far it seems a 2pm Sunday CrossFit session is the favourite followed by a 3pm Female only CrossFit/strength & conditioning training session.
The female only Strength and Conditioning session will be about more than lifting weights – it will encompasses the entire development of yourself and what is needed to improve your physical performance. This includes plyometrics, speed and agility, endurance and core stability with strength training being just one piece of the jigsaw.
Nina is currently working her way through her UKSCA (UK Strength & Conditioning Association) accreditation… you will be her guinea pigs! These sessions will start Sunday 8th March due to the Michaela seminar in the 22nd February and the open day on the 1st March.
Please note these classes will only run if we get people attending so if you want these sessions, make sure you come alog to make sure they stay. Myself, Nina and Ben will work on a three week rota taking alternate classes.
