The number of obese people in the UK has more than trebled in the past 25 years.

Obesity levels among children have also been rising during this period with one in three children in the UK now overweight, while one in five are obese.

Research has however found that …"Prevention works better in younger age groups, so we have to focus on cutting calories and encouraging a more active, healthy lifestyle in children."

Starting week commencing 23rd February after half term we will be running three kid’s classes a week.  These are designed to be an introduction to the mechanics behind strength and conditioning of the body from 4 years plus with an emphasis on getting kids moving and enjoying being active.

These will run on a Tuesday and Thursday at 4pm and Saturday at 9:30am and will be split depending on the number and ages of those attending.

Places are filling up and numbers will be limited so if you are interested please email to secure your place.  Week one will be a £5 taster session and then you will be asked to sign up in blocks of 5.
