Polefitness classes are ideal for all shapes and sizes, from 16 years to 55+. These classes are great for improving strength, toning and improving flexibility. If you want a new challenge or just fancy trying something a little different, why not come along to our taster session.
We are in the process of organising two taster sessions in February on a Wednesday to see how much interest we have.
If these sessions are successful we will start classes from March. Places will be limited so please register your interest with Nina and she will be in touch once dates and times have been confirmed.
