We have a fantastic new instructor starting in March who will be running ‘Salsa-cise’ classes. So if you look to dance and shake your 'thang' this is the class for you! A mixture of different dance style to music guaranteed to keep you fit whilst having loads of fun.
We are also starting female only strength & conditioning and Olympic weight lifting classes from February. And there are plans to start 'Hot Yoga'.
With our brand new purpose built Spin studio coming, we will also be increasing the number of spin classes soon.
We are also launching our very own running club this month too which is a great way to compliment your strength and conditioning training.
