We challenge you…!

Every month we are setting you all a challenge to complete in the gym. These could be your monthly goals or you can simply do for fun but bear in mind, there are prizes to be won!!! With 12 challenges set for 2015..let’s see how many you can complete and even win!  

This month we are challenging you to row 1000m in the quickest time possible.  When you have completed it, get your name and time on the white board but remember you have until January 31st to get your best times down!
